This 10 part comprehensive program teaches valuable strategies tailored specifically to youth and adolescents, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. It will help young people understand and manage their stress which will enable them to function more effectively. This program is taught by experienced, licensed professionals who are trained in healthcare and education.

Succeed! is an individualized program for adolescents and youth, designed to address personal, emotional and academic issues that may be impacting your success in life.

Succeed! helps you reach your personal goals by assisting you in identifying and overcoming challenges. We begin with an initial consultation to identify the areas in your life that you wish to address. Some of the difficulties we deal with are stress, anxiety, conflict, learning difficulties, depression, sexuality, to name just a few. We will discuss with you the ways we can help you overcome these obstacles and answer any questions you may have.

The Succeed! program consists of scheduled weekly 50-minute sessions. These private sessions are facilitated by an experienced licensed professional trained in education and psychotherapy, and take place in a respectful and caring environment. The cost of each session is $150.00, payable at the time of the session.

Since the program is tailored to the individual’s requirements, the completion of the program is based on the attainment of the objectives that the individual has set out to accomplish. The duration of the program therefore, is determined by the individual, with our support.
